This issue might occur when the driver is corrupted or not installed properly. Please try the below methods, in order to resolve your issue. I would suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshoote r and check if it helps. Uninstall the FingerPrint driver and then try reinstalling it in compatibility mode and check if it helps. Fingerprint recognition is a feature that allows you to sign in to your PC with your fingerprint. Simply use your finger to sign in to your PC. Windows 11 has a centralized location for majority of its settings. From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from its System Settings pane.
